Hi, I’m Nancy, founder of Flow to Center. Trained in biomedical sciences and bodywork, and certified in breathwork and Rapid Transformational Therapy, I enjoy working with founders to establish executive well-being.
My work blends science-based mind–body techniques with deep practical understanding of startup pressures, helping founders stay calm, clear, and creative even under high pressure.
