Today, I planned to take a trip into the mountains with someone I had never met before, but then suddenly the whole plan changed… It unfolded organically into a surprise breathwork session at my practice. I felt so elated, excited and thankful for this gift 💜
This work is soooo rewarding to me and I feel so humbled to be witness to the powerful processes that surface and the courage the breathers have to consciously decide to go deeper and deeper into the experience, to face what must be faced and move through it, coming out at the other end radiantly, glowing, light. I feel sooo grateful I may do this work 🙏🙏💜💜☀️☀️🌷🌷
